I am sorry for your loss. I knew Roger from when he first worked at the City County Bldg. in the data processing. I worked for IBM and worked with Roger regarding IBM service and equipment. I also remember him being at IPL later.
    Again, sorry for you loss.

I was a friend of Roger in college although behind him by a few years. We shared some adventures and good times. Lost touch a long while ago and checked google recently and was suprised to learn of his passing.
I hope you had a good time and enjoyed life

I recall Roger as the UCONN college student and minister’s son from the remote small town of Warren, CT. While he was one of a group of lifelong friends to my brother, his path led elsewhere, and after a stint in the military and a move to Indiana, we gradually lost touch. I remember him as a kind and thoughtful fellow, and still reflect from time to time on stories of his parents travels through a wild and undeveloped China a generation before it was open to other Westerners. I hope Roger enjoyed some of that same sense of adventure in his life. He was the first person I ever knew that owned a Honda automobile- back when they came on 12-inch motorcycle tires! There’s immortality in being remembered well by your friends, and we will remember Roger.

    With best regards,
    Paul Z
